A good operation is wasted if you are lost in arrivals, hungry at midnight, or flying too soon. This is the layer Obeocure actually runs — visa paper, cars, rooms, language, the companion, the call after you land.
Visa assistance
India issues a Medical Visa (MED) and a Medical Attendant visa. We prepare the hospital invitation, the support letter, and a document checklist. We do not control the consulate, and we will not pretend a visa is “guaranteed.” Typical processing is 3–10 working days when the file is complete.
Accommodation
International ward rooms first. Then hospital-adjacent apartments, or a Palmyra-style recovery house in Alappuzha when the surgeon wants more humid, slower days before a long-haul.
Language
Admitting teams we use consult in English. Arabic, Malayalam and Hindi are on the desk. Interpreters for other languages are booked, not hoped for.
Companion services
A second bed or a room across the corridor. Meals. A chair in the right waiting area. Someone who can call London at 3 a.m. IST so you do not have to.
Faith and food
Halal, vegetarian, vegan, kosher-as-possible. Prayer space. These are asked in the intake, not discovered at dinner.
Telemedicine after
Windows booked before discharge. Records already with your GP. A route back to the same consultant if a second stage is needed.
