Facilities we have walked

Two cardiac theatres, a hybrid lab, 42 ICU beds with 1:1 nursing on ventilated patients, a dedicated joint-replacement pair, and an oncology floor with its own pharmacy. The international lounge is quiet and a little too polished; the wards behind it are what we inspect.

Infection control

Named officer. SSI surveillance for arthroplasty and CABG published to the panel quarterly. Antimicrobial stewardship committee minutes available on request. We do not accept “world class hygiene” as a sentence without those papers.

International patients

English is the working language on the admitting teams we use. Arabic and Malayalam on the desk. Halal and vegetarian kitchens. A prayer room on level two. Companion stay is a twin international room, not a chair in the corner.
