Cancer is where medical tourism does the most harm when it is careless. We will not publish a “cancer surgery from” price. We will read the file, ask a tumour board, and sometimes tell you to stay at home.
What we will take on
- Remote second opinions and staging reviews
- Surgical oncology after a board has agreed travel is sensible
- Selected radiation and systemic therapy blocks
- A written “do not travel” when that is the medicine
Ayurveda is not offered as a cancer treatment. If another site has told you otherwise, write to us anyway — we would rather say no than leave you with that sentence.
How a file moves
Histopathology and imaging first. Dr Fatima Rahman’s desk or the Sahya board. A letter you can take to your UK oncologist. Only then a package, if any.
Cost
Second opinion from £180. Treatment is quoted after staging. Anyone who emails you a single number for “cancer treatment in India” is not someone we would use.
